- You choose a service category, browse available providers near you, check their prices and ratings, confirm a time, and pay securely inside the app.

- PinIt operates across the Vancouver Lower Mainland including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Langley, and nearby communities.
Are providers verified?
- Yes. Every provider goes through an identity check and a profile review before being listed in the app.
What is the minimum booking?
- The minimum booking period is one hour and the minimum fee for any service is fifty dollars.
When is payment processed?
- Payment is charged immediately after you confirm a booking. This confirms the provider’s time slot and secures your appointment. The payment stays on a secured account until the service is completed and will be released to provider 3-5 days after each service completion.
What happens if a job ends early?
- The full booking amount still applies even if the provider finishes earlier than expected. Refunds apply only to valid cancellations or provider no shows.
Can I reschedule my booking?
- Yes. You can request a new date or time depending on the provider’s availability and acceptance.
Can I change my provider after booking?
- You cannot switch to another provider once your booking is confirmed. If you want a different provider you can cancel the existing booking and make a new one.
How do cancellations work?
- If you cancel more than twenty four hours before the scheduled time, you will only pay the transaction fee.
- If you cancel within twenty four hours, a fee up to a maximum of one hundred dollars.

- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 2-5 business days depending on your bank.
Are there travel or extra costs?
- No travel fees apply. Providers include travel time in their price. If a delay happens, the provider must inform you as soon as possible.

- Yes. Tipping is optional and can be done directly in the app after the service is completed.

Do all payments have to go through the app?
- Yes. Every booking and payment must be completed inside the PinIt app. Paying or arranging work directly with a provider outside the platform is not allowed. This rule protects customers and providers and helps keep every transaction safe. Any account involved in off app transactions may be permanently removed, and any services with payments done outside the platform will not qualify for dispute support.
