- How do I set up my profile? Setting up your profile takes 5 to 10 minutes. You’ll add your personal details, optional business information, service location, availability, services and pricing, and choose whether you offer services at your location or the customer’s. You’ll then complete a quick verification to finish onboarding. You can edit your profile later.
- What should I do after completing my profile? PinIt is on track to launch in June 2026. Make sure your profile is complete and up to date so you’re ready to start receiving bookings and generating revenue as soon as the platform goes live.
- What if I offer services at my business location and at customer location? With PinIt you can offer your service at your business location (e.g. hair salon), or at customer location (e.g. customer home), or both. You can select the location of the service, type of service, and offer different pricing based on the location all during the service category selection process.
- Are all categories and areas launching at the same time? PinIt plans to launch as many categories and regions as possible based on available providers and demand. We’ll notify you if your service is included at launch or when it will go live once criteria are met.
- Safety, Verification, and Personal Information Your information is handled securely at every step. ID verification and payment details are processed through trusted third-party systems and are not stored on our platform. Your personal and banking information is used only for verification and secure payments, and is never shared.
- What is the booking and payment process? When a client searches for a service (e.g. Tennis Coach in Burnaby), we show all providers offering that service in the area, ranked by ratings, success rate, and more. Clients can view profiles, message providers, or book directly based on pricing and availability. Payment is made at the time of booking, and the provider receives a notification to accept or decline the job. Once the job is complete, the provider will receive the payment within 3-5 business days (depend on the bank)
