What is the booking and payment process?
When a client searches for a service (e.g., Tennis Coach in Burnaby), we show all providers offering that service in the area, ranked by ratings, success rate, and more. Clients can view profiles, message providers, or book directly based on pricing and availability. Payment is made at the time of booking, and the provider receives a notification to accept or decline the job. Once the job is complete, the provider will receive the payment within 3-5 business days (depending on the bank)
What is PinIt?
PinIt is a local service booking platform that connects people in the Vancouver Lower Mainland with trusted professionals for cleaning, plumbing, beauty, fitness, car detailing, and many other services.
How is my booking and payment secured?
Customers can easily schedule bookings through Pinit by selecting their preferred service, date, time, and provider availability. Pinit uses secure and encrypted payment systems to help protect customer information and booking details throughout the process. Payments are only released to the service provider after the service is completed and the customer is satisfied.
What types of services can I find on Pinit?
Pinit helps customers connect with local providers offering a wide range of services including cleaning, fitness, beauty, massage, home services, moving, tutoring, pet care, photography, and more. Customers can discover providers through AI matching and also choose professionals based on language, experience, availability, ratings, pricing, and service preferences.
